As we know, a lot of bad effects of smoking. But as we also know that it is very difficult to stop smoking. From some tips that I have tried, the following tips were quite effective. Although now I still can not stop smoking, but at least able to reduce my smoking habit. There are several stages to quit smoking :

  • you should make sure that you really want to stop smoking.
  • reduce drinking coffee. Replace with sweet tea or candy. Try to drink several glasses of water each time up in the morning.
  • Next you can set a schedule for reducing smoking :
    * Date 1 - 7: Avoid smoking before 10:00 o'clock in the morning. You can smoke every day but it should be remembered only after 10:00 o'clock.
    * On 8 - 14: Do not smoke before 12:00 o'clock noon (lunch).
    * 15th - 21: Do not smoke before 15:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
    * On 22 - 28: Do not smoke before 17:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
    * On 29 - 3: Do not smoke before at 20.00 (dinner).
  • Try smoking at 10:00 AM on 22. You will feel the bitterness of cigarette smoke and the smell that will make you hate cigarettes. When the temptation to smoke is still annoying, try to divert attention by following mild exercise, jogging, and so on. The most important habit to drink water.
  • certainly as long as you try to quit smoking do not hang out with friends who like to smoke, because the influence of friends is more severe than from our efforts to stop smoking.
